1. Nature of Platform (Intermediary Role)

SugamSupply operates as an "Intermediary" under the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000. We provide an online platform that merely facilitates communication and connections between independent Buyers and Sellers for business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

2. Absolute Limitation of Liability

• Bipartite Contracts: The contract for the sale of any product or service is strictly a bipartite contract between the Seller and the Buyer. SugamSupply is not a party to this transaction.
• Zero Platform Liability: SugamSupply, its owners, and employees shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, or financial damages, loss of money, quality issues, delivery failures, fake products, or payment disputes arising between transacting parties.
• Commercial Terms: All commercial terms (price, shipping, warranties, return policies, and payment methods) are agreed upon directly between the Buyer and Seller.

3. Seller Guarantees & Indemnification

• Product Authenticity: Sellers guarantee that all listed products are legal, genuine, and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or copyrights.
• Indemnity Clause: Sellers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SugamSupply from any claims, legal lawsuits, police complaints, losses, liabilities, damages, or government penalties arising due to the Seller’s product quality, wrong description, financial fraud, or breach of laws. All legal and court expenses incurred by SugamSupply in such cases shall be fully reimbursed by the Seller.

4. Account Verification & Document Accuracy

Users must provide 100% accurate and verified information (including GSTIN, PAN, and Bank details) during registration. SugamSupply reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account without prior notice if fraudulent activity, false documentation, or multiple complaints are detected.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or lawsuits arising out of or in connection with the use of SugamSupply shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India only.

6. Data We Collect & Usage

When you register or submit enquiries, we collect data such as your name, company details, GSTIN, PAN, contact numbers, and IP address. This data is used to verify your business identity and connect you with relevant Buyers or Sellers.

7. Sharing of Information

To fulfill business enquiries, your contact details will be shared with the matched Buyer or Seller. By submitting an enquiry or registering, you grant SugamSupply the right to share this relevant data. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing agencies.

8. Cookies and Technical Log Data

We use cookies, IP tracking, and timestamp logging to maintain platform security. When you register or submit forms on our website, we log your IP address and timestamp as electronic proof of your legal agreement to these terms.
